Modloader always has to be installed before Forge!

The Tropicraft vX.X.X file always needs to go in the /mods/ folder inside .minecraft, and to enable clear water you also need to add the lr.class file to your minecraft.jar. Warning: The clear water version is incompatible with Optifine or any other mod that edits lr.class!

Also! If you are using safari on a Mac to download tropicraft, DON’T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It unzips the mod and turns it into a folder, which then makes the mod un-loadable due to the loading code used by this version of ModLoader/Forge. Use firefox, chrome, opera, etc.
